Just like his brother, Samir Chakri also started learning this profession at a young age. Together with his brother they helped their parents in the salon after school. When he turned 16 years old, he began to work as a hairdresser. Samir is specialized in men’s hairstyles and is known for his creations with popular hair tattoos.

You can find Samir regularly at different shows and hair events throughout the year. For example, in 2008 he attended the Hair Event in Goes, which was presented by Mariëlle Bastiaansen. Besides that, he also participates in shows with his brother. For example, they gave their own hairdressers show at ROC Mondriaan, where they showed the newest trends and techniques to students.

In 2002 Samir took part in a world championship in Las Vegas and won the price for junior world champion!
